BILLING TERMS:
To start your account with Web Focus, you pay your first and last month premium. This allows you to have a last month deposit, in case you do decide to opt out of our services, the last month deposit will cover the exit (if needed). 14 Days notice is needed when canceling your account. Your last month deposit cannot be refunded.
You are not locked in to a contract, we work with our clients on a month-to-month basis. After some months of quality service we will ask for your commitment with us.
28 Day Billing Cycle applies to all answering service accounts.
Invoices can be paid online (secure), by check, bank transfer, money order, or western union.
